Bachelor degree: high school graduate, two essays, ACT/ SAT, IELTS 6.5 (score of 6.0 or above) or TOEFL ibT 79 or above.  At least 102 or above in engineering school);  Applicants for art, dance, music or drama have special requirements.  

Graduate: bachelor degree, ielts 6.5(single score ≥ 6.0) or toefl ibt (conditionally accepted at least 79, fully accepted at least 102), GPA3.0, GRE or GMAT, personal recommendation letter and academic recommendation letter.  

Note: These are the minimum admission requirements, some programs may have higher requirements!  (For 2021 admissions, most of those who get offers have scores of 92+ on TOEFL, 1900+ on SAT, and 29+ on ACT)
